Dear Massod,

Remember that Ms Ansari is NOT an astronaut. She simply has paid a lot of money to get a ride on a space shuttle. This is exactly like someone who is from a very small village and for the first time could afford to buy a ticket to travel with an airplane.

This is more of a marketing campaign than a nationalistic glory or achievement sentiment for a nation.

An astronaut goes through many challenges and selections both academically and physically. Then goes through a series of psycologlocal and many other test. Then through years of training becomes what we call it an astronaut.

If your excitement is based on the notion that being rich empowers you to do the things that you dream about then it is fine. However, if you give Ms Ansari the equal value as an astronaut then it is absolutely NOT fine.

The men and women who have worked hard to become astronaut are dedicated and have made many sacrifices to earn the title of an astronaut.

All the best,

Joseph

You are right JOseph, but still I think her endeavor has enough potential to be specified as an event, even accidentally, and explodes all injustice against Iranian women. Phenomenons are not always liner, some time some events get more credit than its real value. It’s not a matter of person, but a matter of time.

You realize that she is not an Iranian woman anymore by the reality or full-citizenship. She is an American woman who was born in Iran. She didn't earn her education, experience and wealth in Iran. Her fruit of life achievements did not grow in Iran.

One cannot take credit for something that he has not created. One could not take credit for something that she has not participated in the process of it fully from the beginning to the end. The Iranians cannot take credit for things that they have not produced in Iran. Iran has not produced an astronaut or multi-billionaire woman who is an entrepreneur in Iran. This is the naked truth and reality.

You cannot call a Canadian Organic Maple Syrup a German or Danish Maple Syrup . This is simply because there is no maple threes that produce such a syrup in Germany or Denmark. Even if the owner of the maple syrup company is German or Danish the Organic Maple Syrup is still going to be Canadian. As simple as that.

Regardless of how much one tries one cannot change the truth. The truth is there regardless of our perceptions, opinions, thoughts and feelings.

Best,

Joseph

If a maple leaf can call itsef a German seed Canadian Maple leaf I beleive it. How we can depart somebody from themselves' past! She is Iranian because she speaks in persian. She talks to Queen Farah from spave but nobody else. And all these processes have motivation just for Iranian but not for the other nationalities.
