Nelly & monsieur Arnaud

Well directed, Nelly & monsieur Arnaud, seemed to me more than a movie that it used to tell a story in cinamatic manner. In ather word it has more than a story that a director say to his audience. It was a sort of movie that keep me trusted on cinema to exprience a new life. In deed a love has been told by writer or photographed by director so many time and sometime we think ourself full of those stories or scenes.

Satute has chosen too weird relationship to tell his story. Monsieur Arnaudan, a retired jadge who trying to publish his story fall in love with a pretty young, Nelly after a unplaned meeting in a cafe. Arnoud has a plan to be in touch with her and get closer as much as he can. He hired her as a typewriter to finish his book but at the same time he will have enough time to start his love story. So far this couldn't be a real love firstly they have an age barrier, secondly Nelly has a husband and the top all off Nelly as we find her later has an untrustble personality. But this is the point that Sautete has picked to make it bigger. Nelly talks about her own opinion ahead of time at least in some case to evaluate the others reactions specially when she was enforced to make a dicision. She leaves whom failed to give her a appropriate reaction.
